Africa is the second continent in terms of area and population after Asia. The continent covers an area of 30,244,050 square kilometers, which is about 20.4% of the Earth's land surface. In Africa, more than 1.3 billion inhabitants live in 61 territories and regions, which is almost 16% of the Earth's population. The African continent is still virgin in direct proportion to its size especially in the field of tourism.
